venture / investees oversight (either strategic and / or operational) so that value-generating opportunities are timely identified and appropriately scoped out

low-touch engagements at venture / investees to explore their simpler needs as soon as those are identified

and pre-investment managerial due diligence of potential investees / acquisitions to allow clients to better screen opportunities and allocate funds

  • Whenever average-to-high complexity business opportunities are identified, traditional project scoping can take place if convenient to all parties (and additional proposals shall be designed and offered, without interfering with the established Trusted Partnership arrangement in place)
